As a seasoned Marketing Executive specializing in Consumer-Packaged Goods (Food, Supplements, Toys, Pet) and Facility/Security Services, Barbara leverages years of expertise in domestic and global markets leading marketing and branding campaigns for industry giants such as Allied Universal, Mattel, Pharmavite, Mars, and Pulmuone Foods.


Her strategic prowess extends to Marketing M & A, where she played a pivotal role in integrating over 40 acquisitions, representing billions of dollars in value. This involves adeptly navigating rebranding efforts and crafting new branding strategies for collateral materials, unifying organizational cultures, developing go-to-market strategies, optimizing packaging, and seamlessly merging marketing teams.


Throughout her career, she achieved multiple successes, delivering substantial top-line growth and improved contribution margins for both new and mature business portfolios. This success is attributed to effective brand and product strategies, creative campaigns, mix management, enhanced pricing diligence, and a focus on launching high-margin, innovative, and compelling products.


In addition to her extensive work experience, she holds a Master of Business Administration – International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Science – Management from Arizona State University.
